'The Girl Made of Ink' by Gaynor Jones

The girl made of ink is feared by many people, with her liquid skin as black as the inside of a bouldered-in cave. The girl ripples her way through the streets, her limbs trailing stories and sketches and sonnets behind her. But those compassionate souls who are kind enough to see through the darkness, and to see the girl who lives beyond the ink, are rewarded well. For those people she will draw the world.
