'Reminiscing' by Bamba Jogno
I sat on your lap and pointed to my arm. This was from the time I forgot to buy you cigarettes. This one was when I burnt your shirt ironing. You kiss my cheek. Remember the first time? Those are long gone. They were garishly dark under my skin. I remember you were drunk and there was a guy and you got angry. You laugh and say, We were new then. I smile and nod. This scar was from the time you were texting some girl and I got angry. Then you got angry. That was last week.
