Hello and welcome to issue 3 of FlashFlood.
Over the course of the next 24 hours we are delighted to send you a stream, a river, a flood of flash-fictions from all over the world. This time we are featuring 105 wonderful, tiny stories.
The journal is being published to help launch this year's National Flash-Fiction Day, which is taking place on 22nd June 2013. Well, I say National, it's also taking place in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the USA and elsewhere. If you want to join in, and arrange an event in your country, wherever you are, drop us a line and we'll add your details to the website - which will soon start to fill with all the competitions and events that make NFFD so special.
You can find out more details about the day on our website at http://nationalflashfictionday.co.uk/, by following us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/nationalflashfictionday) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/nationalflashfd) and by signing up to our mailing list at nationalflashfictionday@gmail.com.
But in the meantime sit back, relax and let our range of wonderful stories flood over you.
Thanks for reading.
